Project Introduction:
High concentration exhaust gas flow rate of 1200m³/h, composed of methanol and ethanol.
Low concentration exhaust gas with a flow rate of 10000m³/h, composed of dichloroethane, ethyl acetate, acetone, and isopropanol.
Process description:
High concentration water-soluble exhaust gas is treated with "absorption+distillation", and the absorbed exhaust gas is combined with other exhaust gases using "alkali spray+water spray+demister+cooler+secondary activated carbon adsorption steam desorption system"
