Tail gas treatment in the synthesis workshop of a pharmaceutical factory in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia
Project Introduction:
The discharge outlet for high concentration waste gas butanol and acetone is DN400, with an air volume of 5000-6000m3/h. The total concentration is calculated at 15000mg/m³; The discharge outlets for other exhaust gases (including DMF, ethyl acetate, dihydroxymethyl tert butylamine, acetic acid, etc.) are equipped with DN250 pipes, with an emission rate of 3000mg/m³ and an air volume of 3000-4000m³/h.
Process description:
Acetone and butanol have high concentrations and certain recovery value. They are treated separately using "absorption+distillation". The absorbed tail gas and other tail gases are treated using a "pretreatment+activated carbon adsorption steam desorption system"
